Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Grant ($3,490)

Provides funds to early career scientists conducting research for the conservation of North American fauna  

Young Alumni Scholarship ($500)

Turtle Survival Alliance Student Travel Award ($200)                                    

Given to student presenters that submit strong abstracts but lack funding to cover conference registration  

Larry Landers Student Research Award ($1000) 

Presented to a student who submits an outstanding research proposal for consideration by the Gopher Tortoise Council

Warnell Assistantship (2016)

Merit-based graduate assistantship that provides 5 semesters of support in exchange for 3 semesters of service to the department as a teaching assistant.
